Far East to Build Largest High-tech Cable Industry Base in Tiangang City, Anhui Province

On December 30, the foundation stone laying ceremony of Tianchang Far East Science and Technology Industrial Park was held ceremoniously. Leaders of Chuzhou Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Far East Holding Group Jiang Xipei, General Manager of Sanpu Pharmaceutical Cable Industry Jiang Huajun, and Chairman of Anhui Cable Group Jiang Chengzhi attended the ceremony. The project covers an area of 1500 mu, with a construction area of about 410000 square meters and a total investment of 8 billion yuan. The project construction integrates the technical research and development, manufacturing and integrated services of cables, new materials and accessories, forming an annual production and sales scale of 30 billion yuan, and becoming the largest high-tech cable industry base in Anhui. The first phase of the project covers an area of 500 mu and is planned to be completed and put into operation in 2015, reaching an annual production and sales scale of 10 billion yuan; the second and third phases of the project cover an area of 1000 mu, and the science and technology industrial park will be fully completed in 2020.
