1. Manpower cast

This construction method is suitable for overhead lines with small cross-sectional area and not too long line segments (line segments are divided according to tension segments). During the setting-out construction, the use of manpower directly on the ground to drag the line, can be without traction equipment and a large number of traction wire rope, the method is simple. The disadvantage is that it takes a lot of labor and will damage large areas of crops. 2. Mechanical traction

This is a highly mechanized construction method, which can save a lot of labor, reduce the loss of crops, and is suitable for large areas (185mm2Above), the laying-out construction of overhead lines with long laying-out lines. The laying line shall be divided according to the tension section. The traction wire rope shall be laid out in sections by manpower, and then connected with the anti-bending connector to make the traction wire rope penetrate the whole laying line section. One end of the wire connected to the field shall be pulled by a motorized grinder to drag and drop the wire. Since there is no tension in the pay-off process, the traction force does not need to be large, and the traction wire rope specifications are generally φ9.2mm. However, for mountain lines with large span or height difference, or longer line, necessary calculation and verification should be carried out, and traction wire rope should be selected according to the maximum traction force. If the line segment is very long, it can be carried out in sections, and then the wire can be connected.

3. Tension setting-out

Tension setting-out adopts the construction method of straight road passing through tension tower, tightening line of straight tower, balanced hanging line of tension tower, centralized crimping of tension field and traction field. The guide wire rope laid by manpower runs through the laying line and is connected in the tension field and traction field at both ends of the laying line. The small traction machine set in the tension field pulls the wire traction wire rope connected to the other end of the guide wire rope from the traction field to the tension field while winding the guide wire rope (the wire traction wire rope has a constant tension through the small tension machine set in the traction field). Then connect the end of the wire traction wire rope to the release plate connected with the wire, and the wire passes through the tension machine. Then use the main traction machine of the traction field to rewind the wire rope and pull the wire to the traction field. Since the wire passes through the tension machine with a very fixed tension, it has been in a suspended state during the release process, avoiding the friction of the wire surface occupying the ground and other obstacles, thereby achieving the purpose of protecting the wire. However, the tension line is more complex, the technical requirements are very high, and the mechanical equipment is various.
