Power cable crimping process - quality inspection after crimping


1) The surface of the crimping part should be smooth, and there should be no cracks and burrs. There should be no sharp points at all edges.

2) The depth of the pit pressure should be the same as the height of the pressing part of the male die, and the bottom of the pit should be flat and undamaged.

3) The electrical and mechanical properties of the crimp joint shall comply with the provisions of GB/T9327-1988 "Test method for cable conductor compression and mechanical connection joints".
